Bear State Concrete Construction Inc. ("Bear State Concrete") provides concrete construction and hardscape services including but not limited to: foundations, slabs, driveways, patios, stamped concrete, CMU walls, retaining walls, pavers, artificial turf, decorative rock, demolition, and site preparation.
All services are subject to a written contract or signed proposal. Submitting a quote request through this website does not constitute a binding agreement. A project begins only upon execution of a written contract and receipt of any required deposit.
Bear State Concrete reserves the right to decline any project at its sole discretion.
Payment terms are specified in each project's written contract. Generally:
Late payments may be subject to interest charges as specified in the contract. Bear State Concrete reserves the right to suspend work for non-payment.
Bear State Concrete provides a one (1) year written warranty on workmanship from the date of project completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship under normal use and service conditions.
This warranty does not cover:
Materials are covered by the respective manufacturers' warranties. Bear State Concrete makes no warranties beyond those expressly stated herein.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bear State Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the services provided, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall Bear State Concrete's total liability exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Riverside County, California.
Bear State Concrete reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
